Change of Address (COA)

It is vitally important that we have your correct mailing address, emails and phone numbers on file. Your TIFCU accounts are monitored by fraud detection software, which helps spot and prevent unapproved transactions.  Transactions made outside of your normal locations or purchase history may trigger the software to suspend or block your cards or accounts temporarily. For security purposes, it is critical the Credit Union have your accurate phone number, email and mailing address in case we need to contact you.

Did you know you can update your address information through Virtual Branch? Just click the Self Service tab. Or come into any one of our branches to submit a change in person.

Check Reorder

Ordering Checks from TIFCU is as Easy as Clicking a Button.

We provide a large customizable selection at the best prices. When it’s time to order your checks, let us know and we will place your initial order for you. You can even re-order checks anytime through Main Street.

To order your TIFCU checks from Main Street, you’ll need the Credit Union’s Routing Number (265176232) and your full account number. Once you have the routing number and your account number, simply click the Order Checks button, enter in your information and follow the screen prompts. Check prices vary and will be debited from the account you choose when the checks are shipped. See the Main Street website for detailed pricing information.

Tip for reordering checks

  • List your name, address and, if you'd like, your phone number.

  • DO NOT list any information which is not needed (such as Social Security number or date of birth) that could subject you to ID Theft or initiate unauthorized transactions in the general marketplace.

If you are new to Online Bill Pay, it’s easy to get started, and payment is handled by the credit union you already know and trust. Spend the time you would have used to pay bills to enjoy a little free time.

When life has you coming and going, you can rely on eBills and Automatic Payments. Receive your bills electronically, delivered to your bill pay account. Then with AutoPay you can set it and forget it. Stay on schedule so you can stay on top of everything else.

All dressed up with lots of places to go? When your life is mobile, paying bills should be too. Mobile Banking and Online Bill Pay go hand in hand, so you can check balances and pay bills when you are out and about.

Popmoney®

Now sending and receiving money is as easy as emailing or sending a text. The Popmoney® personal payment service lets you send money to friends, family or almost anyone. All you need is their name and email address or mobile phone number to move money from your account to theirs. They will be notified by email or text message that you wish to send money to them. Simply login to Online or Mobile Banking, select “Pay Bills” and click on the Popmoney® link.

Sign up for TIFCU's Touch Banking TODAY!

Sign up through our Online Account Access under the Self Service tab OR visit your iPhone® or Android® App Store to download Touch Banking. When using the Touch Banking App, you will need to enter App Code GoMobile1199. Text options are also available for other mobile devices through Online Account Access. Getting your account information couldn't be easier!

Mobile Deposit

With TIFCU's Mobile Deposit, you can make FREE remote check deposits to your TIFCU account using our Touch Banking App! It's as easy as taking a picture of the check and hitting send! Remember to check the Mobile Deposit box on the back of the check. Stop by one of our locations to sign up for our FREE Mobile Deposit.

Step 1: Login to our mobile banking app and tap the deposit tab. Choose New Mobile Deposit and the account receiving the deposit.

Step 2: Enter the check amount and follow the prompts to take a picture of your check, front and back

Step 3: You're ready to deposit it into your account!

We suggest that you notate on the check indicating it was deposited through Mobile Banking, and keep the check until the funds are posted to your account.

Rules and Deposit Timing

Deposits received via Mobile Banking are processed on our mobile deposit business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, until 2:00pm CST. Deposit items received by 2:00pm CST during one of our mobile deposit business days will be deposited into your account by 5:00pm CST. Deposit items received after 2:00pm CST daily will be deposited to your account by 5:00pm CST the following business day. Deposits made after 2:00pm CST on a Friday that is a business day, and at any time on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will be deposited into your account by 5:00pm CST on the next business day the credit union is open.

Mobile Deposit subject to normal funds availability policy and procedures.

eStatements

Get Account Statements Online with eStatements

Make the smart switch from paper statements to eStatements. eStatements are electronic copies of your account statements that you can view, search, save and print online.

eStatements are:

To Enroll in eStatements:

  1. Login to your Online Banking account and look for the eStatements box on the right side.

  2. Click the box, which will take you to the Terms and Conditions.

  3. Click Accept to sign up.
